It's our 10 year anniversary, so I need it to be romantic and private, but preferably in the French Quarter.

2. http://www.hotelmonteleone.com/ I live here but we stayed here for the saints playoff game in 2006 and it was great! You have the famous carousel bar(it actually moves!). It is not on bourbon but close so it is quiet. It is also smaller than some of the other hotels like the Intercontinental.
