What is the distance between New Orleans international Airport and Destin, Florida?

3. It's at least 600 miles, but probably more... Look in ANY ROAD ATLAS.
4. It is a drive of about 5 hours (about 260 miles). The best route to take is I-10 East towards New Orleans, use I-610 East to go around the city center (610 merges with 10 after a few miles), continue on I-10 East to Pensacola, FL, Take I-110 South at Pensacola to the coast, take Hwy 98 East to Destin. There are many restaurants and gasoline stations at the Spanish Fort exit just east of Mobile, AL and it's a good about-halfway point at which to stop. If visiting New Orleans is not part of your plans consider flying to Pensacola instead. There is a small airport for Destin/Fort Walton but the flight choices are limited.
