What is nice Party Hotel with a Balcony in New Orleans for Mardi Gras 2010 ?

Looking for a nice Hotel with a Balcony in the Heart of Mardi Gras New Orleans for 2010 anyone have any suggestions or prior expieriences ?

1. Royal Sonesta, Bourbon Orleans, or Chateau Bourbon. I've stayed at all of them numerous times. When you book the room, make certain to tell them you want a balcon ON Bourbon street. B/c they have them on the side streets as well.
2. Royal Sonesta is the ultimate Best!!!!!!! Right on the corner, right on the money! It's in the middle of the party.
