What's the name of the New Orleans hotel on Iberville that looks like a warehouse & used to be a dept store?

I'm looking for a hotel on Iberville Street near the House of Blues. Does anyone know the name of this hotel and whether it will be open for business in Jan 2007? A few of the hotels in the area are closed for renovation.
