New Orleans...the "Hotel Rowanda" of America?

While watching the movie "Hotel Rowanda", I could not help the irony of hearing the statement of when the UN left..." your white friends have abandonded you" Yet it was between the two factions WITHIN Rowanda the were hacking each other to death...like "whitey" drove them to such a level of barbarism, and genocide. And now we see the lawlessness in New Orleans...rampant murder, rape, robberies, assault...whom now to pass the buck on this problem?
